Colitis Diet

Colitis is a chronic digestive disease, which occurs due to inflammation of the colon. The condition is inflammatory and affects the tissue lining the gastrointestinal tract. People with colitis is necessary to ingest enough protein, calories, vitamins (A, D, C, B-12 and folic acid), minerals (calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium) and the other nutrients to stay healthy. There are foods that should be avoided too. Indeed, regime change has been found to be effective in treating symptoms of colitis and reduce side effects. Recommended Colitis Diet

  • Milk and other dairy products can lead to bloating, gas, and diarrhea. Thus, taking in foods with a low level of lactose such as yogurt and hard cheese.

One of the greatest joys of being a woman is the ability to conceive. Getting a woman pregnant increases with higher levels of ecstasy and gives the greatest joy. All women want to feel well and healthy during pregnancy. One of the best ways to achieve this is through exercise. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing some basic exercises during pregnancy and in fact is recommended by doctors. It helps prepare the body for childbirth, keep weight gain under control and maintain blood circulation which makes the body feel healthy, supple and flexible. Walking

Leukemia

When immature blood cells (blasts) are proliferating, ie, they reproduce uncontrollably in the bone marrow and accumulate both there and in blood, achieved replacing normal cells. This uncontrolled proliferation is called leukemia.

Cause of Leukemia

The cause of leukemia is unknown in most cases. However, it is shown that a condition is not hereditary or contagious. Most often occurs in previously healthy children. Being a proliferation of immature and abnormal cells in the blood, leukemia is considered a “blood cancer”.

Symptom of Leukemia

Early symptoms include fatigue, poor appetite and intermittent fever. As the condition progresses there is pain in the bones as a result of the multiplication of leukemic cells in the bone marrow. It also appears anemia, whose features include pallor, fatigue and poor exercise tolerance, the result of reduced red blood cells.

Over 40% of the population has changed their hygiene habits in the kitchen with the emergence of influenza A

About 43 % of the population claims to have somehow changed their hygiene habits in the kitchen with the emergence of influenza A, making a particularly significant at 19.1 per cent of cases, as shown in the study by Silestone Institute, which analyzes how they have been altered hygiene habits in the kitchen of the Spanish.

The survey also shows that the concern caused by influenza A has caused major changes in hygiene habits in the kitchen of the Spanish youths between 25 and 39 years, at 57.9 percent of the cases – still on all island residents (56.6%) and in the southern region (54.6%).

More than half of the population (51%) has changed somehow hygiene habits in general. In particular, a quarter of the respondents (24.1%), has changed dramatically, very or fairly. These people, consciousness with the role of hygiene in preventing infection, relate mainly to the younger segment of the population studied, 25 to 39 years (62.8%). As to whether it highlights the changes in health habits of the population of the islands and the east of Spain. (more…)
