How does it manifest the disease?

The symptoms that characterize this disease are pain and numbness (paresthesia) in areas that just innervates or for which the median nerve distribution, ie the palm and dorsum of the phalanges of the first three fingers and, interestingly, the outer half of the fourth finger, but many people have symptoms throughout the hand.

The pain may be felt as a burning or burning in the hand, and may extend into the forearm and arm. In almost half the cases both hands are affected. Tinel signs
