Essential oils for massage
Essential oils are refined nature and are substances in their pure state are very concentrated and powerful. Do not drink pure essential oils and some may irritate the skin.
But we can use essential oils for massage if we achieve a more therapeutic massage, essential oils have medicinal properties that can make the massage, not just a pleasant time to relax but also a good way to treat some diseases or health problems.
To prepare the massage oil is diluted a few drops of pure essential oil in some other vegetable oil such as wheat germ oil, sunflower seeds, almonds, sesame or soy.
How to make facial massage oil
Mix in a container 60 ml of wheat germ oil, 30 drops of almond oil and essential oils, 3 drops 3 drops of sage and thyme.
Relaxing massage
75 ml of almond oil and 20 ml pure sunflower oil. This time using essential oils of lavender and rosemary, 4 drops of each.

- Lemon: For circulation and respiratory problems, recommended for oily skin, high blood pressure and asthma.
- Eucalyptus: It helps breathing and is good for diarrhea and muscle aches.
- Chamomile: It is soothing, calming, for sensitive skin.
- Sandalwood: Helps meditation is relaxing and harmonizing. For dry skin.
- Lavender: Well to repair tired muscles, release tension and cleanse the body.
- Juniper: It’s ideal for massage cellulite is detoxifying.
- Incense: For meditation. It’s great to rejuvenate the skin and stretch marks.
Avoid contact with skin of pure essential oils, do not apply near eyes and avoid the sun.
