Home Remedies for Acne

Acne is an inflammatory skin disease caused by a bacterial infection. It is very common during adolescence but can continue for a long time and even appear at any time.
There are different types of acne, the most serious can leave scars that are very difficult to remove. This is why, though a temporary illness, be careful to not leave marks, especially on the face which is one of the typical places where it manifests. There are many home remedies for acne that we can make at home with ingredients known.
One is in the pulp of aloe vera applied directly to the beans several times a day. You can also rub the affected areas with raw garlic several times a day.
For acne on the back, chest and arms, a handful of boiled plantain leaves in a quart of water for five minutes. Strain and mix with water to take baths
Mix half a cup of milk and three tablespoons of oatmeal, beat until thickened. Cool before applying and leave for fifteen minutes.
Peel a cucumber and then grate or cut into very thin slices and soak in rum. Apply to the grain area for twenty minutes.
Soak a cotton swab in alcohol and support directly on the grains. No more than once per day.
Mashed carrots. Cut a medium carrot and boil in little water as possible, then make the puree cool, cover the affected areas for fifteen minutes.
Facial sauna. Cover your head with a towel and lean over a bowl with an infusion of lavender, clover, and strawberry leaves. The steam must penetrate into the grains, watch out for burning!
It is advisable not to use cosmetics or facial creams and moisturizers because they contain fatty components.
Observe the diet, some foods can worsen acne, this is different for each person. Usually we recommend a diet based on fruits and vegetables.
