Pineapple Bavarois

This dessert is perfect for summer, not only for its low calorie content but by how refreshing it is and because it carries seasonal fruits.
Ingredients:
250 grs processed pineapple pulp
pineapple slices
10 g unflavored gelatin
1 pot of nonfat vanilla yogurt
150 grams of lean spreadable cheese
Liquid sweetener
Preparation:
Hydrate the gelatin with a little water, then heat it a few seconds to dissolve and mix with pineapple pulp. In a bowl, pour the yogurt, cheese and sweetener, followed by the gelatin with fruit. Mix until unify and then place the preparation in a flan mold.
Put the cold until it solidifies and serve decorated with bits of pineapple.
