Pineapple Bavarois

pineapple bavaroisNothing better than enjoying a tasty no guilt dessert, fresh, light and above all suitable for diabetics. that is why today I bring you the recipe for a delicious dish of French cuisine, very light and easy to perform.

This dessert is perfect for summer, not only for its low calorie content but by how refreshing it is and because it carries seasonal fruits.

Ingredients:
250 grs processed pineapple pulp
pineapple slices
10 g unflavored gelatin
1 pot of nonfat vanilla yogurt
150 grams of lean spreadable cheese
Liquid sweetener


Preparation:

Hydrate the gelatin with a little water, then heat it a few seconds to dissolve and mix with pineapple pulp. In a bowl, pour the yogurt, cheese and sweetener, followed by the gelatin with fruit. Mix until unify and then place the preparation in a flan mold.

Put the cold until it solidifies and serve decorated with bits of pineapple.
