Symptoms of Allergy to Fish

The fish should be among the world’s healthiest foods, but also those who are less fanatical and cause most allergies. Personally, I love and I’m not allergic to fish, I guess this lucky we are to have several.
However, there are people who love to fish but are also allergic to it. These reactions are caused by the parasite Anisakis simple, a worm can be found in the gut of some species and eat when we eat raw fish, smoked, pickled, marinated or undercooked.
