Eggs: Friends or Foes?

Who does not enjoy a delicious egg and chips? Undoubtedly, one of the favorite dishes when satisfying our taste buds, but also one of the least recommended, and even prohibited in the diet.

There are foods that have their good side and bad side. And in the case of eggs, it appears that the balance tips toward the negative side. However, the situation is not as well.

Eggs have always been criticized for its high content of cholesterol, a major enemy to the health of our heart. However, saturated fats and trans fats are equally or more dangerous for developing heart disease. So eggs are not the only culprits, but the butter that often accompany traditional breakfasts.
