Yoga for Beginners
Much has been spoken in these pages of the benefits of yoga for our health. We practice yoga to reduce stress, to combat anxiety and depression as well as to help resolve many diseases. Always in the hand of an instructor can move forward in the practice of yoga up to become true masters.
But if you’ve never attended a session and are thinking about attending a yoga class for beginners here are some recommendations and tips to be taken into account.
Yoga should not be practiced by women during pregnancy and menstruation without supervision of an instructor. Similarly it is inappropriate for children under twelve postures or asanas performed for a long time, in the event that a child wishes to participate should not be allowed to do it for more than ten or fifteen minutes.
For best results should be practiced daily in sessions lasting between thirty and forty-five minutes, the best time is at dawn, when our senses are more lucid and fasting.
The stomach must be empty before practicing yoga. This food restriction tells us that we should not eat solid food for three to five hours and liquids one hour before starting yoga. Yogi Philosophy prefer vegetarian diets and warns about eating spicy foods or highly seasoned.
The place we choose should be clean, spacious, airy, away from any noise or interruption. Practitioners are asked not to do yoga on the bare ground but on a rug or mat and wear comfortable clothing, loose and clean.
Another tip that we give the instructors is that if we start with yoga do not do it with skepticism, you must believe what they are doing and be sure that yoga will help us achieve the goal we have proposed.
I definitely liked this “top-site”. Iwill try out some of them next time. Maybe you would like to pass by on my post. Keep on going! cheers
